Though they are cited as an occurrence witnesses, during the time of giving evidence, they are not supported the case of prosecution and hence, they were treated as hostile witnesses on the side of the prosecution. Even during the time of cross examination by the Public Prosecutor, they have not supported the case of prosecution.
