The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 469, 468, 471 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.
The prosecution case is that the petitioner was appointed as Librarian in the school in the year 2006 but it was found in 2016 that there was no Roll Code No. 442A in 1989 at the matriculation examination which is claimed to be of the petitioner.
