The present application is filed by applicant - convict, who has  been convicted for the offenses punishable under Sections  302 and 120  of   the   IPC   and   Section   25(1)(c)     of   the   Arms   Act   and   sentenced   to  imprisonment   for   life   by   the   learned   Additional   Sessions   Court,  Ahmedabad, vide judgment and order dated 21.10.2002 passed in TADA  Case No. 144 of  1993 to release him on parole leave  on the ground of  sickness of his father. The convict was released on parole leave on the  ground of sickness of his father on 9.10.2013 and had surrendered on  the same day.   He has so far undergone sentence of 21 years 1 month  and 23 days.
