The oppressed nation is always at war with its oppressors until the domination of the latter is overthrown. Once-the actual fight is started there is no middle course between freedom and death....The only possible course open for these anti-imperialists who desire complete independence for India is to unite all such political parties and groups on a popular mass programme....and to carry on the straggle against imperialism.
