2. It is undisputed that the list of validly nominated candidates has already been published. Only the stage remains is that of voting. Therefore, at this stage, no interference with the impugned order is called for. However, it shall be open for the petitioners to institute an election petition under Section 91 of the MCS Act on all available grounds.

3. It is made clear that this Court has not considered the merits of all the contentions raised by the petitioners in the present petitions.
