Learned Advocate General, by referring to paragraphs 4 and 5 of  the order dated 15th July 2014, submits that a Committee has already been  constituted consisting of 9 members vide order as contained in letter no.  4662 dated 18/11/2014. Since the Committee has been constituted, the  Committee would proceed to carry out its works as have been pointed out  in the said paragraphs of the order dated 15th July 2014. Furthermore, by  anticipating   the   difficulties   which   the   Committee   would   be   facing   in  preparing   the   list   of   first   phase   and   also   of   other   phases   as   has   been  directed under para­4 of the said order dated 15 th July 2014 on account of  not a single chit of paper is there in the office of R.R.D.A, a Nodal Officer  has   been   appointed   and   a   letter   has   been   written   to   the   CBI   vide  Annexure­B intimating therein that the Nodal Officer has been appointed  for   procuring   documents,   which   be   provided   to   him   and,   under   the  circumstances, things would be moving in right direction and, hence, this  PIL be disposed of.
