7) That during enquiry it was transpired that aCer sanc%oning muta%on, its copy (Parat Sarkar) along with requisite documents were to be submi5ed with the SADAR Kanungo Munak, but said documents were not submi5ed with the SADAR Kanungo Munak. In this regard, during inves%ga%on of present FIR, statement of Surinderpal Singh addi%onal Naib Sadar Kanongo, office Deputy Commissioner Sangrur has been recorded and he has also produced the copy of Parat Sarkar in which there is no reference/entry with regard to Muta%on No. 10808, rather on the other hand, entry with regard to said muta%on was fraudulently made in Parat Patwar by Dharam Raj Patwari on the basis of exchange deed dated 14.05.2008 and said muta%on was compared by the Present Pe%%oner being INDIA Kanongo and sanc%oned by Sandhura Singh Tehsildar. It is per%nent to men%on here that no exchange deed dated 14.05.2008 was ever executed between Gurtej Singh etc. and Balwant Singh.
