2. The present petition has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner- Startupwala Pvt. Ltd. under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (hereinafter, '1996 Act') seeking certain interim reliefs. The Petitioner seeks directions to the Respondent-Google India Pvt. Ltd. to maintain status quo ante by reinstating all the digital ads of the Petitioner disapproved/marked as 'LIMITED' on 10th December, 2023, 29th December, 2023 and 30th January, 2024. Further, the Petitioner also seeks directions to restrain the Respondent from disapproving any remaining ads of the Petitioner marked as 'Limited by Policy'.

4. The reply is stated to have been filed on Saturday i.e., 20th April, 2024, however, ld. Counsel for the Petitioner objects to the same, showing that the same is not duly signed in accordance with the prescribed procedures and the Delhi High Court (Original Side) Rules, 2018.

5. Let the proper reply, duly signed Reply by an authorised signatory of the Respondent-Google India Pvt. Ltd. be placed on record within a week, as a last opportunity. Rejoinder, thereto, be filed within two weeks.
