51. PW11 Dr. Ayush Malhotra has proved the MLC of accused Beeru vide Ex.PW11/A.   This witness deposed that he had taken blood sample of the   patient   and   handed   over   the   same   to   Ct.   Amardeep   in   sealed condition with the seal of CMO along with sample seal.  Thereafter, he had referred the patient to Forensic Department for further evaluation.

52. PW12  Dr.  Mukesh   Kumar   Bansal   has   conducted   the   potency  test  of accused   Beeru   vide   Ex.PW12/A,   potency   test   of   accused   Islam   vide MLC Ex.PW14/H and potency test of accused Ramesh @ Pindari vide MLC   Ex.PW14/I   and   found   nothing   to   suggest   that   patients     were incapable to perform sexual intercourse under normal circumstances.

96. It is further revealed that in pursuant to disclosure statement of accused Islam, Ex.PW6/F and Ramesh @ Pindari, Ex.PW6/E, they pointed out the place   of   incident   vide   pointing   out   memos   Ex.PW6/H   and Ex.PW6/G respectively in the presence of PW6 Ct. Rajender Singh. 

97. It is further revealed that PW3 Ms. Manu Vedwan, Ld. M.M., Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi, has proved the statement of prosecutrix u/s 164 Cr.P.C.  vide Ex.PW3/A.

98. It is further revealed that   medical examination of accused Beeru was conducted vide MLC Ex.PW11/A and PW12/A, his potency test was conducted by PW12 Dr. Mukesh Kumar Bansal vide MLC Ex.PW12/A. The medical examination of accused Islam was got conducted by PW6 Ct. Rajender Singh vide MLCs Ex.PW6/J and Ex.PW14/H; his medical examination was conducted by Dr. Saba Rehman; PW13 Dr. Yogesh Gautam identified her signatures thereon; potency test of accused Islam was   conducted   by   PW12   Dr.   Mukesh   Kumar   Bansal   vide   MLC Ex.PW14/H.  The  medical examination of accused Ramesh @ Pindari was got conducted vide MLCs Ex.PW6/I and Ex.PW14/I by PW6 Ct. Rajender Singh; his potency test was conducted by PW12 Dr. Mukesh Kumar Bansal vide MLC Ex.PW14/I.
