     THIS PETITION IS COMING ON FOR ORDERS THIS DAY,
THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:-


                              ORDER

One Raja is the victim. Petitioner is A1. The petitioner along with A2 to A5 on account of previous enmity assaulted the deceased with long and knife. A case is registered against the petitioner for the offences under Sections 143, 147, 323, 504, 307 read with Section 149 of IPC. The Wound Certificate discloses that the injuries are simple in nature.

Without going into the merits of the case, it is sufficed to hold that the petition is allowed subject to the following conditions:-

i) The petitioner is directed to be released on bail on his executing a bond for a sum of `2 lakhs with like surety before the trial Court;

ii) The petitioner shall not tamper the prosecution witnesses and to appear before 3 the trial Court on all the dates of hearing without default.
