Learned counsel for the petitioner-tenant submits that the tenant only seeks some time to vacate the demised premises and he will make this submissions before the appellate Court supported by an affidavit of the tenant on 14.10.2014, the next date fixed in the appeal.
In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the instant petition. He further submits that to enable the petitioner to submit affidavit and to seek further orders from learned Appellate Authority on 14.10.2014, the execution of ejectment order be stayed.
