ORDER:
This Company Application is filed by the Official Liquidator under Section 462 of the Companies Act, 1956 read with Rules 306 and 298 of the Companies (Court) Rules, 1959 to take on record the Half-Yearly Accounts along with the Auditors' Reports of M/s.KBS & Associates, Chartered Accountants of the company in liquidation.
2. Perused the Auditors' Reports with the assistance of Mr.J.Srinadh Reddy, learned counsel for the Official Liquidator. The prayer is accepted. The Half-Yearly Accounts and the Auditors' Reports are taken on file.
