2. By this Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution the Petitioner has prayed for the issuance of a writ of Mandamus or any other writ, order or direction to the First Respondent-

The directions contained in sub paras (i) and (iii) of Para 21 of the order are stayed for a period of eight weeks from today subject to the Second Respondent filing an undertaking before this Court within a period of one week from today not to create any third party rights in respect of the premises.
