1 The present petition under Section 391 read with  Section   394   of   the   Companies   Act,   1956,   has   been  preferred,   seeking   sanction   of   this   Court   for   the  Scheme   of   Amalgamation   of   Echjay   Overseas   Trade  Private   Limited,   Hari   Mahavin   Investment   Private  Limited,   Samarath   Doshi   Investment   Company   Private  Limited   and   V.H.Doshi   &   Sons   Investment   Company  Private   Limited   with   Echjay   Industries   Private  Limited.   It   is   stated   on   behalf   of   petitioner   that  earlier, the petitioner had filed Company Application  HC-NIC Page 1 of 3 Created On Thu Dec 10 01:38:10 IST 2015 O/COMP/419/2015 ORDER No. 368 of 2015, seeking dispensation of the meeting  of Equity Shareholders on the ground that consent of  all   the   Equity  Shareholders   of   the   company   has   been  obtained   and   produced   on   record.   By   an   order   dated  30.11.2015, passed in Company Application No. 368 of  2015, this Court directed dispensation of the meeting  of Equity Shareholders of the petitioner company. It  was   further   ordered   that   this   being   the   Transferee  Company, the meeting of the creditors is not required  to be held.
