ORDER
The appellant and the respondent are personally present and they are identified by their respective counsel.
Counsel for the parties jointly submit that the present matter has been compromised between the parties. The parties who are personally present in Lok Adalat, do not dispute this fact.
Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has been convicted under Section 138 of N.I. Act and has been sentenced to undergo S.I. for one year along with compensation of Rs.5,00,000/-.
Thus, in view of compromise arrived between the parties, present revision is allowed. The judgment of conviction and sentence of the appellate Court is hereby set aside.
The CRR is disposed of in terms of the compromise.
