Here, my small suggestion is that this mode of PPP should be extended to the self-financed institutions in engineering and medical fields also. I think, this is the time to go for it. Presently, the self-financed engineering colleges are in doldrums and if they were to be brought out of the woods, then the PPP mode is the only solution. This PPP mode really is a revolution. The Government may think over it and bring in a comprehensive Bill for this purpose in future.
Sir, I would like to take this opportunity to point out one or two issues, through this House, for the consideration and perusal of the hon. Minister of HRD. The first and foremost is the confusion that was created by giving grace marks this year to the 12th class students of CBSE. This had caused considerable delay in publishing the results also. Though everybody agrees – the parents are worried - that there should be normalisation in marks, one similar set procedure is not followed throughout the country. This is my humble suggestion.
