1. The Commission has received a complaint dated  11.9.12  from Shri Suresh Kumar Lehri  against the  PIO,  Sant Nirankari Sr. Sec. School       under  Section 18 (1) of the Right to  Information Act, regarding deemed refusal of his/her RTI­application dated 16.5.12.

2.      In order to avoid multiple proceedings under section 18 and 19 of the RTI Act, viz., appeals  and complaints, it is directed as follows:

i)  Directions to PIO  
a) In case no reply has been given by PIO to the complainant to his/her RTI­application  dated  16.5.12  the  PIO  should  furnish  a reply to  the  complainant  within  1 week  of  receipt of this order.
