Ranjit Singh, directing stay of the order dated 28.01.2021 passed by the learned State Consumer Dispute Redressal Commission, Punjab (hereinafter referred to as the 'State Commission') in Execution Application No. 124 of 2020, subject to the petitioner, who is the appellant in the Appeal before the learned National Commission, depositing 50% of the decretal amount in terms of the order dated 04.03.2020 of the learned State Commission in Consumer Complaint No. 828 of 2019.
