3. Pursuant to the aforesaid order, report dated 22.12.2025 from Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sonepat has been received, which is taken on record. As per the report, the Trial Court has recorded as follows:-

"i) In the present case complainant Ram Karan has appeared before the court of undersigned on 16.12.2025 and get recorded his separate statement. Statement of complainant is annexed herewith as Annexure-I (original).

As per statement of complainant, he has compromised the matter with accused namely Neeraj, Pradeep Kumar, Daman Kumar and Chhavi Gautam without any pressure from any quarter. He has no objection if the FIR No.447 dated 17.06.2025 registered with Police Station, Kundli, Sonepat under Sections 316(2), 318(4), 336(3), 338 and 340 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, Police Station Kundli, is quashed against the above named accused persons. In statement dated 16.12.2025, complainant Ram Karan duly identified by his counsel Sh. Lalit Kumar. In the similar manner, accused Neeraj, Pradeep Kumar, Daman Kumar and Chhavi Gautam have suffered separate statements on 16.12.2025, that they have compromised the matter with complainant Ram Karan without any pressure from any quarter and FIR No.447 dated 17.06.2025 registered with Police Station, Kundli, Sonepat under Sections 316(2), 318(4), 336(3), 338 and 340 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, Police Station Kundli, Sonepat, may be quashed. The statements of accused Neeraj, Pradeep Kumar, Daman Kumar and Chhavi Gautam are annexed herewith as Annexure-li to V (original).

As per the statements suffered by complainant as well as accused persons, the compromise is stated to be genuine, voluntarily and without any coercion or pressure.

ii) The Investigating Officer ASI Krishan Kumar No.1989/SPT of the present case has appeared and suffered the statement, which is annexed herewith as Annexure-VI (original), to the effect that only four accused namely Neeraj, Pradeep Kumar, Daman Kumar and Chhavi Gautam arrayed in the present FIR, who have not joined the investigation in present FIR till now. Neither any of the accused is declared proclaimed offender nor any other person has been declared innocent, nor investigation is pending against any other person and no other criminal case or proceedings are pending against accused Neeraj, Pradeep Kumar, Daman Kumar and Chhavi Gautam as per his knowledge. It is further stated that Ram Karan is the complainant in the present FIR No.447 dated 17.06.2025 registered with Police Station, Kundli, Sonepat under Sections 316(2), 318(4), 336(3), 338 and 340 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, Police Station Kundli, Sonepat."
