1. Defendants No. 3, 4, 5 and 6 already stand deleted from the array of parties.
2. Plaintiff and the remaining Defendants i.e., Defendant No. 1 and Defendant No. 2 have filed this application jointly under Order XXIII Rule 3 of the Code of Civil procedure, 1908 for seeking a consent decree on the basis of the settlement as per paragraph no. 2 of the application.
3. The Court has perused the said terms and found the same to be lawful. The application is duly signed by parties as well as their counsel. Counsels who have joined the proceedings, confirm the said settlement and pray that the suit be decreed in terms of the joint application. The application is allowed and disposed of.
4. In view of the above, the suit is decreed in favour of the Plaintiff and against the Defendants, in terms of settlement as contained in the instant application, which shall form part of the decree.
5. Parties shall remain bound by the terms and conditions of the settlement as contained in the application.
