The Court : Learned Advocate for the petitioners submit, on instruction, that the import export code which was initially suspended was restored on appeal. Since the Union of India was not adhering to the restoration, the petitioners were constrained to file the writ petition. Subsequent to the filing of the writ petition, the Union of India has restored the import export code. Consequently, the petitioners do not wish to proceed with the writ petition any further.
