2. These applications have been filed seeking interim bail for a period of 30 days in FIR No. 54/2020, registered at PS Karawal Nagar under Sections 147,148,149,153A, 505,120B, 302 & 34 IPC r/w Section 25 Arms Act.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner has been in custody since 19th March, 2020 and has not been released even temporarily on bail. The petitioner is an admitted case of acute paranoid schizophrenia and therefore has altered behaviour. He was diagnosed as early as 2011 and has been dealing with this since and gets treatment at IHBAS. Even post arrest he has been having symptoms which have been reported by senior psychologist and other inmates. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner this behaviour puts him at risk of violence from himself as to the other inmates. The medical documents of the petitioner are appended along with the application.
