This Writ Petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to grant permission and protection to perform Dance Programme (Adal Padal) on 03.06.2023 and 04.06.2023 on the festival event of Sri Veeramakalaiamman Temple situated at Vembagkudi, Payankal Peravurani Taluk, Thanjavur District pursuant to the representation dated 15.05.2023.

5. Accordingly, there shall be a direction to the second respondent herein to grant permission to the petitioner to conduct Dance Programme (Adal Padal) on 03.06.2023 and 04.06.2023 on the festival event of Sri Veeramakalaiamman Temple situated at Vembagkudi Payankal Peravurani Taluk Thanjavur District to the following conditions:

'a)The event shall be conducted in an organised and peaceful manner without causing law and order problem.
