9.12. PW12 Dr.S.K.Bansal has stated that he was posted as medical officer District Hospital Una since 2002. He has stated that on dated 22.6.2007 at about 4.30 pm he conducted post mortem of deceased Sunil Kumar and observed as follow: "Moderately built, moderately nourished, intact body of adult male rigor mortis present, Post mortem staining present over dependant parts. 2.5" wound with clear cut margins present in left fifth intercostals' space.
