The complainant was not present at the VC venue despite due service of notice on 18.11.2022 vide speed post acknowledgment no. ED236924175IN. The CPIO Itarsi submitted that they received the RTI application on 21.09.2021 and replied on time i.e 13.10.2021. He could not explain the delay on the part of CPIO Katni.
