The Controller of Examinations, Dr. N T R University of Health Sciences, Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh. ~ ...Respondents ~ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a Writ order or direction, more particularly one in the nature of a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of and respondent in evaluating the answer scripts of the petitioner through digital evaluation process for the examination conducted for Pharmacology and Pathology Subjects of MBBS Second Year in the month of March/April 2021 without complying with the earlier Judgment of this Hon'ble Court and declaring the result on such basis as illegal, Arbitrary and unjust and consequently direct the 2" respondent to get the answer scripts of the petitioner's Pharmacology and Pathology Subjects of MBBS Second Year held in the month of March/April 2021 evaluated once again in accordance with the law by strictly following the directions of the Hon'ble High Court in earlier Judgments by monitoring the evaluation process free from any discrepancies. TA NO: 1 OF 2021 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the respondents to produce the evaluated answer scripts of petitioner's Second Year Pharmacology and Pathology Subjects of March/April 2021 examination for perusal of this Hon'ble Court in the interest of justice, pending disposal of WP 13039 of 2021, on the file of the High Court. "The controller of examination along with the relevant technical person and the answer sheets of the petitioner in respect of Pharmacology and Pathology subjects of MBBS Second year, shall attend the Court on 04.08.2021 at 02.15 p.m."
