Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.
In this case, petitioners are challenging the order dated 3rd December 2010 in Complaint Case No.88 of 2006 whereby the application for discharge of the petitioners has been rejected.
Learned counsel submits that the allegation made in the complaint that the alleged girl was kidnapped is completely a false story, whereas the fact is that the girl has been married with Amit Kumar @ Munna Panjiar (Petitioner no.1) and they are living together and from that wedlock, there is one child also.
