Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties.
2. In this writ petition, the petitioner is assailing the order dated 31.08.2013 in I.D.No.117/2012 (Annexure-Y) passed on I.A.No.I by the Industrial Tribunal, Bangalore.
3. It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the parties that, the petitioner herein is assailing the order passed by the Industrial Tribunal on an application in I.A.No.I and the evidence of both the parties in the matter will be concluded shortly and therefore sought for early disposal of the matter before the Labour Court.
4. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the parties, as it is stated that the evidence of the parties will be concluded shortly and -3- NC: 2024:KHC:46973 WP No. 41480 of 2013 therefore I am of the opinion that, since the matter is pending before the Industrial Tribunal is of the year 2012 and as such, I request the Industrial Tribunal, Bangalore, to dispose of I.D.No.117/2012 at the earliest within an outer limit of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed off.
6. It is made clear that, this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
