The present appeal has been filed under Section 91(1) of the Trade Marks Act, 1999 impugning the order dated 26th February, 2021 passed by the Registrar of Trademarks, New Delhi, whereby the registration application filed on behalf of the appellant has been rejected on the ground Signature Not Verified Signed By:SAKSHI C.A.(COMM.IPD-TM) 11/2022 Page 1 of 2 RAMOLA Signing Date:01.21.2022 22:47:46 of there being two similar registered trademarks.

5. Notice is accepted on behalf of Mr. Harish Vaidyanathan, counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent.
6. Reply be filed within four weeks.
