3. The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner was appointed as Secondary Grade Teacher in the year 2000 and her services were regularised in the year 2002 and she is continuing her service at Government High School, Thamarapalayam, Erode District. While being so, the 2nd respondent herein had sent a circular in Na.Ka. No. 75050/VI/E2/2017 dated 24.08.2017 for the post of Computer Instructor. The basic qualification for the said post is that the candidate should have completed graduation in the relevant subject and B.Ed, therefore the petitoner's name was recommended by the Government School. Thereafter no communication was received from the 2nd respondent . Hence, the petitioner has made representation dated 23.01.2019 to the 1st & 2nd respondents to consider her for promotion and the said representation is still pending without consideration.
