Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that pursuant to the interim orders passed by this Court in IA.No.1 of 2021, dated 15.02.2021, enquiry was conducted by the authorities and community certificates certifying petitioners as BC-B - Perika Balija were issued to the petitioners. Therefore, cause in the writ petition does not survive and no furthers orders need be passed.
Recording the above submissions, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.
