(15 of 15) [CW-16785/2017] Meaning thereby, while issuing order dated 05.12.2017, the clarifications contained in AICTE notification dated 04.01.2016 have been kept into consideration by the State and it has been specifically directed that the terms and conditions not contained in the Scheme of 2017, would be in conformity with the AICTE notifications dated 08.11.2012 and 04.01.2016. Therefore, the grievance of the petitioners to the most can be the non strict implementation of the order dated 05.12.2017 by the State Government. Again as noted above, the order dated 05.12.2017 not being under challenge in the present petition, merit of the same cannot be gone into by this Court.
