This Court with a view to ascertain the correctness and genuineness of the submissions having been made by the learned counsel   for   petitioner­accused   as   well   as   compromise   placed   on record also recorded statements of complainants Sh. Jagdev Singh, Smt. Neelam Kumari, Smt. Rekha Rani and Smt. Bimla Devi,  who have come present in Court. Complainants stated on oath that they have       settled  the   matter   with   the   petitioner­accused     and   they have   no objection in case the FIR No.66 of 2018, dated 1.5.2018 .
