13. Mr. Sethi has also raised certain formal objections to the plaint, pointing out that the plaint and the statement of truth are unsigned, and that therefore, there is no proper plaint before this Court.

Mr. Sethi also draws attention to the fact that a Special Power of Attorney was executed by Plaintiff No. 1 in favour of Plaintiff No. 2, on 9th December, 2020, to initiate legal action and that therefore, there is no explanation as to why the present suit has been filed less than 24 hours before the film is to be released.
