1. The present appeal under Section 91 of the Trademarks Act, 1999 impugns order dated 11th October, 2023 passed by the Registrar of Trademarks, whereby trademark application No. 45843732 filed by the Appellant, has been deemed to be abandoned on the ground of non-filing of the counter-statement to notice of opposition within the prescribed time.
2. Issue notice, upon filing of process fee, by all permissible modes, returnable on 26th April, 2024.
3. Reply, if any, be filed within 30 days from the date of service. Rejoinder thereto, if any, be filed before the next date of hearing.
