In this writ petition, the petitioners have assailed the validity of the order dated 16.4.2015 passed by the Sub-Divisional Officer by which the premises of the school run by the petitioners were sought to be acquired for the purposes of organizing community marriages under the âMukhya Mantri Kanyadan Yojnaâ for a period from 1.5.2015 to 4.5.2015.
A Bench of this Court while entertaining the writ petition, had granted an interim order on 22.4.2015.
When the matter was taken up today, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the writ petition be disposed of with a direction to the respondents to bear in mind the provisions of Madhya Pradesh Accommodation (Requisition) Act, 1948, as and when the property of petitioners is sought to be acquired.
In view of aforesaid submission and as agreed to by learned counsel for the parties, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents that as and when they intend to acquire the property of the petitioners, they should bear in mind the provisions of Madhya Pradesh Accommodation (Requisition) Act, 1948.
With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands disposed of.
