6. Mr. Amit Mahajan, Ex-manager of ASL, in his statement dated 7.9.2011 inter alia stated that he worked with the appellant company as Manager-Business Development. His job profile was to interact with the broadcasters for sales and service purposes. That the company used to import broadcasting and sub-systems from many foreign suppliers, which after import were sold and installed for the end customers/broadcasters. That the imported equipments were such as; DVB, MPEG encoders/decoders, Multiplexers, etc. were to be imported through WPC import licence, which is issued by WPC of DOT. That the major customers of the appellant were ETC Network, MH one TV Net work, etc. That the appellant used to provide the service by following three types of import procedures:-
