The prayer in this writ petition is to direct the respondents to grant https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis permission and give police protection to conduct the adal padal dance program at about 07.00pm., to 12.00am., on 15.05.2022 in pursuance to the festival of 'Arulmigu Sri Niraiarul Pillayar Alayam' situated in Munammakkadu Village, Peravurani Taluk, Thanjavur District by considering the petitioner's representation dated 09.05.2022.
f) the second respondent is directed to strictly adhere to the Standard Operating Procedure adopted by the Government of Tamil Nadu and grant permission to the writ petitioner to conduct the "Vaigasi Thiruvizha" festival followed by cultural programs including the dance program (Adal Padal) on 15.05.2022 between 08.00 p.m., and 11.00 p.m., at ''Arulmigu Sri Niraiarul Pillayar Alayam' situated in Munammakkadu Village, Peravurani Taluk, Thanjavur District, subject to the aforesaid conditions. There shall be no order as to costs.
