(emphasis supplied) When the Court exercises auxiliary jurisdiction to provide remedy of injunction, it has to be strict in exercising equity without ignoring the basic that "equity follows the law" (Halsbury's Laws of England, Fourth Edition Reissue, 1991, Volume 16(2)). Thus, the business loss, the repayment of the bank loans, the colossal structures constructed are not much relevant if ultimately the Court comes to a conclusion that a larger public interest would be subverted by allowing a party to do something which prima facie was not authorised or was done in breach of Court order. Therefore, on this aspect, we are not able to countenance any of the submissions of the petitioner.
