1. Petitioner has filed this second bail application for interim bail under Section 439 of Cr.P.C.

2. F.I.R. No. 815/2016 was registered at Police Station Kanota Jaipur for offence under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B of I.P.C.

3. It is contended by counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner's mother has expired today. Petitioner being the only son who has to perform the last rites of his mother.

4. Learned Public Prosecutor has opposed the bail application. His contention is that the regular bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court on 03.11.2017.

5. I have considered the contentions.

6. Considering the contentions put forth by counsel for the (2 of 2) [CRLMB-15466/2017] petitioner, I deem it proper to allow second bail application for interim bail of the petitioner.

7. This second bail application for interim bail is accordingly allowed and it is directed that accused petitioner be released on interim bail for a period of two weeks. Petitioner is granted interim bail provided he furnishes a personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) together with two sureties in the sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court with the stipulation that he shall appear before that Court and any court to which the matter is transferred, on all subsequent dates of hearing and as and when called upon to do so and shall surrender before the Superintendent of Jail on 25.11.2017.
