26. On 22.01.2019, the petitioners moved an application seeking impleadment of Sameer Chandra and Shweta Gupta, as respondent Nos. 3 and 4. It is further observed from the case record that Sameer Chandra and Shweta Gupta are the maternal uncle and maternal aunt, who had previously vide order dated 08.11.2017 filed objections to the petition. On 22.01.2019 itself, the petitioners also moved an application under Order VI, Rule 17, CPC seeking impleadment of Garhwal Rifle Regiment Centre, Sameer Chandra, Shweta Gupta along with the amended petition and amended memo of parties.

27. By order dated 19.02.2019, the application under Order VI, Rule 17, CPC moved by the petitioner was allowed and the Garhwal Rifle Regiment Centre, Sameer Chandra, Shweta Gupta were impleaded as respondent Nos. 2, 3 and 4, respectively. The amended petition along with amended memo of parties were taken on record. The respondents were granted an opportunity to file their respective replies to the amended petition and the proceedings were adjourned for 15.04.2019. The respondent No. 2 filed its reply by way of an affidavit to the amended petition on 26.04.2019.
