1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Shri Rajiv Gupta, learned Addl. Chief Standing Counsel for the State-respondents, Shri Ashish Mishra, learned counsel for respondent-RERA.
2. The instant petition has been filed praying for a writ of mandamus directing respondent No. 4 i.e. District Magistrate, Gautambudh Nagar to execute the recovery certificate dated 10.11.2023 issued by U.P. RERA for recovery of the sum payable to the petitioner under its order dated 22.06.2021. The said order was passed by U.P. RERA on the complaint filed by the petitioner against respondent No. 5, the developer (M/s Wave Megacity Center Pvt. Ltd.).
