He would submit that period of eight weeks during which the interim order was extended comes to an end today. He would submit that the Appellants are k 2/2 3p sa 284.19 as.doc in the process of filing Special Leave Petition before the Apex Court and would request for continuation of interim order by a period of two weeks. Request is opposed by Mr. Khaladkar. Considering the fact that the execution of the decree would involve ejectment of the Appellant from residential house, the interim order shall continue to operate for a period of two weeks from today.
