This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to grant permission and police protection to conduct the Cultural event viz., Adal Padal (Song and Dance) Program to be held on 14.08.2019 at 6.00 P.M onwards in connection http://www.judis.nic.in with the Temple Festival of Sri Venkatachalapathy Thirukovil, Thethakudi South Yadhavapuram Village, Vedaraniyam Taluk, Nagapattinam District, by considering the petitioner representation dated 29.07.2019.

In such view of the matter, the petitioner is permitted to conduct cultural programme in the event of Adal Padal (Song and Dance) program at Sri Venkatachalapathy Thirukovil, Thethakudi South Yadhavapuram Village, Vedaraniyam Taluk, Nagapattinam District, however with the following conditions:-

(a) The cultural programme in connection with the event of Sri Venkatachalapathy Thirukovil, Thethakudi South Yadhavapuram Village, Vedaraniyam Taluk, Nagapattinam District, on 14.08.2019 between 06.00 PM to 11.00 PM.
