The petitioner has approached this Court, seeking appointment in the faculty of computer teachers in the light of notification dated 4.5.1994 issued by the Government of Punjab, according to which dependent of an ex-serviceman can pass the Punjabi test at the level of matriculation within a period of two years from the date of appointment.
The petitioner, in response to the advertisement issued by the respondents, applied for the post of teacher in faculty of computer.
