The Writ Petition has been filed for seeking direction to the respondents to give police protection and permit the petitioner to conduct the cultural programs and other events of temple festival in the Pappanur Sri periyandavar sri Muniyappa swamy Temple Pappanur village Pochampalli Taluk Krishnagiri district during the period of 07.06.2023 to 11.06.2023 and especially the dance program will be conduct on 10.06.2023 and by considering the petitioner representation dated 30.05.2023.
2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that in order to conduct the cultural programme in the event of Pappanur Sri periyandavar sri Muniyappa swamy Temple Pappanur village Pochampalli Taluk Krishnagiri District during the period of 07.06.2023 to 11.06.2023 and especially the dance program will be conduct on 10.06.2023, the petitioner has sent a representation dated 30.05.2023 to the respondent police. But, the same has not been considered so far. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed.
