5. In this petition, the petitioner sought parole in FIR No.658/1994 of PS Connaught Place for offences under Section 264/364A/365/384/34 IPC read with 120B/121/122/124B IPC and Section 3(2)(1) of TADA (P) Act. The parole is sought by petitioner on the ground of surgery advised to his son.
6. At this stage, Sh. Sanjay Lao, Standing Counsel has appeared and points out the seriousness of the offences. It is further submitted by him that since the matter was originally listed on 14.07.2025, he needs time to check the latest status. According to learned counsel for petitioner, dates of surgery are yet to be fixed.
