Mr Parag P Tripathi, learned senior counsel, who appears on behalf of the appellant, says that the appellant is aggrieved by that portion of the impugned order, whereby the learned single judge has observed that it has "stayed the consequence" which are mentioned in paragraph 17 of the termination notice dated 17.11.2021.
