15. The aforesaid pronouncement appears to be on all four with the facts of the case at hand. From the construction of the Will as a whole, no other inference than that of Dr. Thomas having been constituted the universal legatee is sustainable. The subsequent desire of Dr. Annie that Dr. Thomas shall make a bequest of the property in favour of the plaintiff lacks the characteristics of 'bequest' and clearly falls in the realm of a 'desire' only.
