The brief facts of the case are as under.
2. The Appellant had written to the CPIO in her application dated 22 May, 2007 wanting to know about the compassionate appointment in the NPCIL. The CPIO in his reply dated 11 July, 2007 informed her about the status of her compassionate appointment. Not satisfied with the reply, she filed an appeal before the First Appellate Authority on 31 July, 2007. The first Appellate Authority decided her appeal in his order dated 13 August, 2008 and held that the necessary information had already been provided. She has filed a second appeal before the Commission against the above order of the first Appellate Authority.
